Greater Midwest Livestock Auctioneer Contest

Welcome to the Greater Midwest Livestock Auctioneer Championship Website.

The purpose of the GMLAC contest is to focus on the role of the livestock auctioneer and the livestock market in what we feel is the best possible way to merchandise all classes of livestock.

This year the Contest was held in Russell, IA at Russell Livestock Market on February 11th, 2012. Brandon Neeley from Southside, Alabama is the 2012 Champion. Jay Romine from Mt Washington, Kentucky was second, Jared Miller from Leon, Iowa was third. Other Top Ten Finalist include: Don Helberg - Gering, NE; Brandon Frey - Creston, IA; Travis Holck - Ruthton, MN; Dillon D. Lambley - Burl, SD; Brennin Jack - Regina, Sask.; Tony Heinze - Dazy, ND; Murt Boyum - Rushford, MN.
